You have one hour to cancel your order after it has been confirmed ⏳
Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes to your order, whether it be a change of delivery address, size, color, etc.
It is therefore necessary to cancel the order in order to make any adjustments.
To do this, please go to your personal space by clicking on the icon and then:
- My account
- My orders
- Click on the order you wish to cancel.
- All you have to do now is click on ‘Cancel my order’.
Please note that if you are unable to click on this button, it means that you are unfortunately no longer within the time limit for requesting cancellation of your order.
This means that your order is already being prepared.
However, please note that you can request an exchange within 30 days or a return within 14 days of the date of receipt.
To do so, once you have received your order, you can submit your request directly via your customer account, then ‘My orders’.
If you have a problem with the delivery address, we can resend the order once the package has been returned to the sender.
In this case, we will contact you to arrange a new shipment to the correct delivery address.
