I placed my order in store:
If you created an account in store, you will not be able to access your order history online.
However, you can view your total loyalty points, which include purchases made in store and online.
For any information regarding an order placed in store:
- Please contact one of our stores directly, as store purchase invoices are managed directly by each point of sale via their own invoicing system.
- Unfortunately, Customer Service is unable to edit or provide invoices for purchases made in store.
