As soon as you reach 200 loyalty points, a €15 voucher is automatically generated and sent by email.
👉 Make sure the email address in your account is correct.
⏳ The voucher is not sent immediately: there is a delay in transmission (usually the day after the points are earned).
You can also find your voucher directly in your account, in "My loyalty rewards".
You can copy and paste it from your account and add it to your shopping cart.
The expiration date of your voucher is indicated in your account.
