Here is our advice in case of a declined payment :
Internet connection and device : Make sure you have a stable internet connection and place your order from a computer for greater stability.
Use another payment method : If the problem persists, try another credit card or an electronic wallet such as PayPal.
Browser : Try placing your order in private browsing mode or via the Google browser.
Try again later: If none of these solutions work, wait and try again later. The problem may be temporary.

If you do not receive an order confirmation by email, please check the status of your order directly from your customer account:
- If the status of your order appears as “cancelled,” the order/payment was not successful.
- If no order appears, no purchase was successful.
If, in either of these two cases, a bank debit appears on your account, there may have been a computer error. Please email us proof of the debit so that we can find a solution.
- If the status of your order appears as “processing” or “being prepared,” the order has been placed. There may simply be an error in the entry of your email address that is preventing the confirmation email from being sent.
In the event of an unvalidated bank transaction :
This may be due to a problem with your bank or simply because you left the website too early during the payment validation process! You must wait to be automatically redirected to our site after payment until you receive an order number 🤗️
