✨ To keep your jewelry looking its best, here are some care instructions:
To protect the durability and quality of your jewelry, it is not recommended to wear it while sleeping, swimming (especially in the sea or pool), or playing sports.
Avoid spraying perfume, applying creams, or any other liquids directly onto your jewelry.
Also avoid contact with bleach, hand sanitizer, cleaning products, and other chemicals.
Finally, store your jewelry away from extreme temperatures, humidity, and dark rooms.
SILVER JEWELRY :
You can restore the shine to your jewelry by using a silver polish.
There are also some home remedies, such as white vinegar or toothpaste. Always use a soft cloth to avoid scratching your jewelry.
GOLD-PLATED JEWELRY :
Use a soft, dry cloth regularly to restore the shine to your jewelry.
- If your jewelry is still under warranty and has become oxidized or tarnished, please refer to our Warranty section.
FABRIC JEWELRY (Cords or Liberty) :
Our cords, Liberty fabric, and tassels are made of fabric. They are therefore more delicate, and we recommend that you take care of them. To limit wear and tear, we recommend that you do not wear them while sleeping.
They can be kept underwater, but too frequent contact could alter the color or shine of the fabric.
If they become stained, they can be cleaned with a slightly damp sponge and a little mild soap (pH neutral), then left to dry flat in the open air.
You can change your cord, Liberty fabric, or pompom at any time. To do so, please refer to the Warranty section.
