It often happens that tracking information is updated too early and that your package is delivered to your mailbox a little later. We therefore ask you to wait six business days to ensure that it is not a delivery delay.
We also invite you to check with your neighbors to see if the package has been delivered to the wrong mailbox. You can also contact the carrier (for example, La Poste at 3631) or go to your usual post office to check if your package is there.
