Is your package late? First of all, we invite you to check the following:
1. The shipping date of your order
Your order is shipped when you receive an email with a tracking number.
For your information, the postal services collect packages from our workshop Monday through Friday around 4 p.m.
2. Your tracking number
When the postal service scans your package, you will be notified of its progress.
You will then be able to see if there are any delays or other potential problems with the delivery. It may take 1 to 2 business days after departure from the workshop for the tracking numbers to be updated by the delivery services.
