Most of our engravings are done in our workshop in Bordeaux.
However, some of our stores offer on-site engraving services. Depending on how busy it is, engraving can take anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours during the holiday season.

If there are no stores near you, please note that our workshop requires 24 hours to prepare online orders and that engraving does not affect this timeframe.
