You can have your order delivered to a store 🛍️.
Simply select the store closest to you at the “Delivery” stage when confirming your basket.
Store delivery is free!
Your order is carefully prepared in our Bordeaux workshop and then shipped to the store of your choice.
It will then be available for pickup within 3 to 7 business days, depending on the store you choose and the date of your order.
When your order arrives at the store, you will receive a notification letting you know that you can come and collect your package. You will not receive computerized tracking information for your order.
Please feel free to take the initiative and call the store if you have not heard from them. 📞
To pick up your order, you must come to the store with a form of ID and the email confirming the arrival of your order.
A third party can pick up your order at the store on your behalf. To do so, they will need to provide the order confirmation email and a photo of your ID.
