When a piece of jewelry is brought to a store for after-sales service, it is sent to our workshop in Bordeaux to be pampered.
Please allow a few days for processing, plus the time it takes to return your jewelry, which is about ten business days on average.
To get your jewelry back as quickly as possible, you can choose to pick it up in store or have it shipped back to your home.
Have you opted for home delivery? We do not acknowledge receipt of packages at the workshop, so please refer to your tracking number, which you should keep safe. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your jewelry leaves our workshop and is ready to be shipped to you.
Have you opted for in-store pickup? Our sales advisors will contact you to notify you when your jewelry has been received.
