Just a reminder: you have 14 days to request a refund and 30 days to request an exchange — provided that the jewelry has not been engraved and has not been worn.
To proceed, you can either visit the boutique in person or submit a return request online via our website for postal returns.
If you choose the online option, simply log into your customer account, go to the “My Account” tab, then “My Orders”.
Select the order in question and click on “Request a Return”. You will then be guided through the next steps.
