- I purchased my jewellery in a shop:
We invite you to drop off your jewellery at the store of your choice, upon presentation of proof of purchase*.
It will then be sent to our workshop for repair.
If you are unable to visit a store, please contact our Customer Service team at contact@latelierdamaya.com.
Under warranty, repairs are free of charge. Otherwise, after assessment and if we can repair your jewellery, we will send you a quote for the cost of repairs. We will endeavour to offer you the fairest price and will do our utmost to find a solution.
As soon as you notice any damage to one of your pieces of jewellery, we advise you to report it to us so that a solution can be found as quickly as possible 💌
