Our cords, Liberty straps and tassels come with a 3-month warranty.
During this warranty period, you are entitled to free replacement in the event of wear and tear or breakage.
Liberty: Beyond this warranty, we charge €7 to replace your Liberty cord for a classic Liberty bracelet and €5 for a Liberty cord bangle. In addition, you will be charged $3.99 at a pickup point and $5 for home delivery for return shipping if the warranty has expired.
Cord: Beyond this warranty, you can use the cord replacement voucher provided with your purchase, which entitles you to one free replacement.
- Without the cord replacement voucher, your new cord will cost you €6 for a classic cord bracelet or €4 for a cord ring/bangle. Shipping costs of $3.99 at a pickup point and $5 for home delivery will be added if the warranty has expired.
Glitter cord: Beyond this guarantee, we charge €8 to replace your glitter cord. Please note that, unlike the plain cord, there is no replacement voucher for the glitter cord.
In-store, it is possible to request a cord replacement, subject to availability of the service and customer traffic, particularly during busy periods.

L'Atelier d'Amaya cannot accept cords or Liberty fabrics that do not come from our store.
