Is your package late? Don't panic, before anything else, we invite you to check the following items:
1) The shipping date of your order. 📮 Postal services come to our Atelier from Monday to Friday at 2 pm. If your order is dispatched after 3 p.m., it will have left the next day when the mail is collected.
2) The delivery method you have chosen. 🏇 As a reminder: the Lettre Suivie has a delay of 3 to 6 working days, the Delivengo 3 to 10 working days, the Colissimo 2 to 4 working days and the Chrono 1 working day. Excluding weekends and public holidays.
3) Your tracking number. 🎫 When the postal services flash your parcel you will be informed of its progress or any delays or problems encountered on its delivery. It may take 1 to 2 days for your tracking number to be updated.
