As a reminder, our fabric pompoms are guaranteed for 3 months from the date of purchase. 📿
They need your full attention. In order to limit their wear and tear, we recommend you not to keep them to sleep and avoid contact with water. 💦
- You can leave your jewellery in one of our shops with your proof of purchase. We will change the pompom on the spot. It will be free if your jewel is still under guarantee, otherwise it will cost 5 €.
- If you do not have the possibility to go to one of our shops, we invite you to return your jewellery to our Atelier by mail with the attached form duly completed as well as a cheque of 5 € for shipping costs.
- If your pompom is more than 3 months old, it is therefore out of warranty and we will ask you for a 10€ payment (5€ for the service and 5€ for shipping costs).
If your purchase was made in a shop, please use the 'shop' form; if your purchase was made on our website, please use the 'internet' form.
Upon receipt, we will process your request as soon as possible and then we will send your jewellery back home. ✨
