Numerous fake pages usurping our identity are actively circulating on the Internet.
As a reminder: We have one and only one website : L'Atelier d'Amaya, idem for our official pages: Instagram (+300K) and Facebook. (+600K) 😻
When we organise contests, we never contact our winners. They are identified directly on the contest publications on our official pages. Our competitions are without obligation to purchase. If you have been drawn, it's a win, you don't have to pay anything to get your prize back.
Here is a list of elements that can give you a clue to an attempt to swindle you:
⚠️ A page bearing the name of L'Atelier d'Amaya or an employee of L'Atelier d'Amaya has contacted you in a private message to let you know that you have won a prize.
⚠️ On Facebook, a L'Atelier d'Amaya account commented on your post by notifying you that you have won a prize and asking you to send a private message.
⚠️ A L'Atelier d'Amaya account has sent you a request to add you as a friend (Facebook), or to subscribe on Instagram.
⚠️ You will be asked for your contact details (photocopy of identity papers, telephone, address...) or to call a toll-free number and provide a code.
⚠️ You will be redirected to another fake page imitating: our website, La Poste, Ups (or any other carrier) in order to have you pay shipping costs.
If this is the case, we invite you to report these false accounts so that they can be deleted as quickly as possible and to block them.
We therefore appeal to you to exercise the utmost caution. 🙏🏼 💕
If you have been the victim of a false account, we invite you to contact your bank and/or telephone operator as soon as possible and go to the nearest police station to file a complaint. 👮🏽♂️🚨
