The Customer will be refunded with the amount of the order concerning the returned product as well as the initial delivery costs, i.e. the standard delivery (Tracking letter at 5 euros) in accordance with the Hamon law in force since June 2014 "The professional is not obliged to reimburse the additional costs if the consumer has expressly chosen a delivery method more expensive than the standard delivery method proposed by the professional", at the latest 14 days after the exercise of the right of retraction.
We invite you to return your unworn jewel(s) in their original packaging to our Atelier by regular mail to the following address: L'Atelier d'Amaya 353 boulevard du Président Wilson, 33073 Bordeaux Cedex; accompanied by the attached return form duly completed. 📮
As soon as we receive it, we will refund the amount of your jewel(s) on the payment method you used when you ordered. The return of your order to our Atelier is at your expense.
