Our Loyalty program is international, totally free and without any obligation.
Whether in the shop or on our website, every purchase* gives you points. β¬1 spent is worth 1 point.
Loyalty points are valid for 1 year.
As soon as you reach 200 points, we give you a β¬15 voucher! In order to be notified by email, make sure you have sign up for our newsletters in your customer account, "My email preferences" part π. The β¬15 vouchers are valid for 3 months, in our shops or on our website.
Loyalty vouchers cannot be divisible and no return in cash or credit or gift card will be made. Loyalty vouchers are personal (associated with a unique customer account) and can be combined within the limit of 5 loyalty gift vouchers per receipt in store (i.e. 1000 points) and only one voucher per Internet order . All of your points are available in the "Loyalty program" section of your customer account. Points collected from purchasing will appear in your account 15 days after the order date (this is to allow a period for returns).
Points are rounded down without decimal place.
Example : you bought for β¬57,60, you will have 57 points.

- How to use my loyalty voucher on the website?
When you want to use your loyalty voucher, you have to be logged in and to enter the voucher code in your basket, "Apply discount or loyalty voucher" section [see picture below]
The reduction applies directly and is visible in the summary of your order total before validating your basket

- How do I view my point balance?
You will find all the information relating to your Loyalty points in your customer account, "My loyalty program" section π»
The number of points you have collected, their expiration date, your status (Amber, Opal or Diamond) as well as the history of your purchases will be indicated π
- What are the terms and conditions for using loyalty vouchers?
