All our jewels are guaranteed 1 year from the date of purchase, under presentation of a proof of purchase or order reference, with the exception of our coloured pompoms which have a 3 months guarantee. ✨
If your jewelry is under warranty, simply follow the instructions for the option below suited to your purchase:

We invite you to return it to the Atelier by regular mail, accompanied by the attached After-Sales Service Form ("Formulaire SAV - Internet") duly completed.
As soon as we receive it, we will process your request as soon as possible and send your jewellery back to your home (a confirmation email will be automatically sent to your mailbox as soon as it leaves the Atelier).

You can return your jewelry in store, upon presentation of a proof of purchase (receipt, bank statement or invoice). It will then be sent to our workshop for processing.
If you are unable to go to one of our shops, we invite you to return it to the Atelier by regular mail, accompanied by the attached after-sales service form ("Formulaire SAV - Boutique") duly completed and to enclose a cheque of 5 € for the payment of the shipping costs.
