Depending on your payment method, the refund will differ slightly.
- You paid for your order in full with a gift card or credit note :
In this case, your gift card/credit note will be credited with the value of the returned jewelry.
- You paid for your order partially with a gift card/credit note :
In this case, the amount paid with the gift card or credit note will be credited back to that payment method and the remainder will be refunded to your second payment method (PayPal or credit card).
- You used a loyalty code when placing your order :
In the event of a full refund of your order, a new loyalty code will be automatically credited within 24 to 48 hours. You will receive it directly by email.
❗For a partial refund : the €15 from your loyalty voucher will be spread across the price of all the jewelry.
Example : You have purchased several items of jewelry and are requesting a refund for a single item, so you will be refunded the price of the item without the loyalty discount.
Practical example : purchase of a ring for $35 and a bracelet for $35 with a $15 loyalty voucher; I therefore pay $55 with my credit card.
I request a refund because I don't like the ring: I am refunded $27.50.
In the case of an exchange request for an order paid for in part or in full with the $15 loyalty credit, the latter is credited directly to the credit note.
