If you are not satisfied with your order, you can request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
So that you can reorder the jewelry you want, we will send you a credit note for the original amount of the returned item(s), valid in store or on our website for 6 months.
An additional code for free shipping will also be sent to you in a separate email.
❗ Engraved jewelry cannot be exchanged. However, if the size of your ring, bracelet, or necklace does not suit you, we can adapt your engraved medallion to a new piece of jewelry.

These items must not have been worn and must be returned new in their packaging. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse your exchange request.
📬 Exchange by mail :
We invite you to submit your exchange request directly from your customer account on our website. Simply select the order in question, then click on “Make a return” and follow the instructions. You will then receive an email confirming that your request has been received by our Workshop, which will review it as soon as possible.
Once your request has been accepted by our team, you will receive a new email with all the information you need to return your jewelry.
This email should be included in the package so that we can identify you upon receipt at our workshop. Without it, your package will be set aside and will await processing until you provide a return.
The cost of sending the package by tracked mail is the responsibility of the customer.
🏠 In-store exchange :
If you have a store nearby, you can go there to drop off your jewelry within 30 days of receiving your order.
A credit note will be issued at the cash register.
This credit note can be used directly in the store or within 6 months in any of our stores or online.
