If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return it to us.
You will be refunded the amount of the jewelry item(s) concerned as well as the delivery costs paid, up to a maximum of €3.99 or €5 (Colissimo Home).
In accordance with the Hamon law in force since June 2014, “The professional is not required to reimburse additional costs if the consumer has expressly chosen a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery method offered by the professional,” no later than 14 days after exercising the right of withdrawal.
If the 14-day deadline is not met, we can only offer you an exchange or a credit note.
You can request a refund via your Customer Area in the “My Account” tab, then “My Orders.”
Tracked Letter shipping is at the customer's expense.
You must return your unengraved and unworn jewelry in its original packaging to the Workshop by tracked letter, accompanied by the authorization email for your file following the request made on your customer account.
Upon receipt, we will refund the amount of your jewelry using the same payment method you used when placing your order.
