Good news ! It is entirely possible to exchange jewelry purchased on our website in-store.
The exception to this rule is jewelry in the “Archives” category, for which refunds, exchanges, or repairs cannot be requested in-store.
🏠 In-store exchanges:
If you have a store nearby, you can visit it to return your jewelry within 30 days of receiving your order. A credit note will be issued at the checkout.
This credit note can be used immediately in-store or within six months in any of our stores or online.
🎅🏼 During the holiday season, the exchange period is extended. For all orders placed on or after November 1, you have until January 31 to request an exchange.
