If you made a purchase in store, you can visit one of our sixty stores to make an exchange (https://atelier-amaya.com/fr/boutiques/).
This must be done within 30 days of the date of purchase.
You will be given an exchange or a credit note at the checkout so that you can purchase the jewelry of your choice 💍
The credit note will be valid for 6 months in all our stores or online.
Please note: No in-store purchases can be exchanged by mail via the website.
